Digital designs (slides, website, social media posts)

Spätestens 6 Wochen vorher

This form is filled out -> Design team starts with the drafts and waits for more concrete information

At the latest 3 weeks before

Definition of the concrete layout with everything that is needed

For example: I decide that I need 5 slides. Slide 1 should show "...", slide 2″..." etc.

(After that, only reformulations are possible, length and arrangement of the contents should be fixed)

Spätestens 2 Wochen vorher

Defining the final content: Layout is ready, final changes to the text are passed on

Spätestens 1 Woche vorher

Very last feedback with change requests

3 days before

Design is logged in and no longer customised
